These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MidRecipes, operated by Passive Mentor LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), accessible at midrecipes.com and through the MidRecipes mobile application (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: scraping content, distributing malware, or violating any applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Content

All recipes, articles, tools, images, and other content on MidRecipes are owned by Passive Mentor LLC or used with permission. You may use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish our content without written permission.

User-Generated Content

If you submit content to the Service (such as saved recipes, reviews, or comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain features of the MidRecipes app may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are managed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests should be directed to Apple. We process payments through RevenueCat and the respective app stores.

SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from MidRecipes, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages at the phone number you provided. These messages may include recipe recommendations, meal planning tips, cooking advice, and promotional content including app download links. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Your consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
